We are an online-only bakery proudly serving Indian River County and the surrounding Treasure Coast, bringing our passion for culinary creativity directly to your celebrations.
You’ll often find us at local vendor events, city celebrations, holiday parades, and fairs, where we love connecting with our community through our unique desserts and interactive experiences. Whether you're craving a custom cake, our famous gourmet cotton candy, freshly baked cookies, or a delightful bag of popcorn, we make every order with care and quality you can taste.
We offer free local pickup and delivery (fees vary by product and service), and while many of our products can be prepared with just 72 hours’ notice, we always recommend at least two weeks’ notice for custom orders to ensure every detail is perfect. We also ship select items—like our cookie mixes, cake mixes, pancake mixes, gourmet chocolates, and cotton candy—so you can enjoy a taste of Treasure Coast Sweets anywhere!
One of our specialties is bringing cake and cookie decorating classes to the Treasure Coast. From birthday parties to bridal showers, baby showers, homeschool activities, and even adult workshops, we create fun, hands-on experiences that inspire creativity and bring people together.
With over 12 years of culinary expertise, professional training, and up-to-date sanitation certifications, we pride ourselves on delivering the very best in quality, service, and sweetness.

Ahoy and welcome aboard, I'm Samantha "Chef Sammi" Santana Tiru the creative Founder, behind Treasure Coast Sweets. Im a passionate creator and I excel in edible art, teaching cooking and decorating techniques to students of all ages, I host sweet decorating classes and parties for the community and private events, and I Love giving back to the community through my products, fundraising and contributions. Nestled along Florida Sunkissed Shores my bakery is more than an artisanal sweet Haven – it's a voyage of luxurious flavors, heartfelt artistry, and joyful memories in the making.

Every handcrafted treat from dreamy designer cakes to delicate logo cookies carries a touch of coastal elegance infused with costal, tropical, nautical and marine details paired a dash of playful charm. My journey began as a trained Culinary and Pastry Chef blossomed through my work as a multimedia artist and set sale with my passion for real estate design and community connections.
Hair artistry isn't just visual. It's an edible exponential and emotionally resident. I paint with pastels

Why "The Captain" you ask? Well, thanks to my love of education and passion for growth I have earned many nationally recognized professional titles through training and testing including Sugar Artist, Culinary Chef, Pastry Chef, Restaurant and Hospitality Manager, Event Planner, Cake & Cookie Designer, Sweets Instructor, Fine Dining Server & more.
So to keep it short, salty and sweet like me The Captain will do.
I'm a goofy, adventurous and fearless world traveler who is obsessed with the seas, the stars and everything sweet in between. I am an Artist with many mediums including, Drawing, Painting, Chalk, Murals and more. My absolute favorite medium is of course Sugar and Culinary Arts. I am inspired by the beautiful things, beings & experiences I encounter on this earth that make me feel. I take those feelings and produce sweet edible art for those to enjoy, treasure and feel how sweet life really is.
